海拔高度对拉萨山地灌丛草地优势牧草体外消化率的影响

摘  要:
为研究海拔高度对西藏山地灌丛草地营养物质消化率的影响,采集拉萨河谷海拔4000m、4300m、4600m、4900m、5100m山地灌丛草地优势牧草样品,采用两级体外消化法测定干物质、粗蛋白质和纤维组分的体外消化率。结果表明,海拔高度不同优势牧草的消化率不同,喜马拉雅草沙蚕的干物质消化率最高,白尖苔草次之,高山嵩草、丝颖针茅、雪层杜鹃及樱草杜鹃最低(P<0.01);高山嵩草的粗蛋白质、中性和酸性洗涤纤维消化率显著高于雪层杜鹃、樱草杜鹃(P<0.01)。随着海拔高度增加,体外干物质消化率持续下降,而体外粗蛋白质、中性和酸性洗涤纤维消化率呈现先降低后升高的变化趋势。说明在青藏高原山地草地放牧管理中,应按照海拔高度进行梯次利用。

摘  要:
To investigate the effect of different altitude on digestibility of dominant forage in alpine shrub grassland in Tibet.The samples of dominant forage were collected from 4000 m,4300 m,4600 m,4900 m and 5100 m respectively at the alpine shrub grassland in Lhasa River valley.The samples were used to measure the in vitro digestibility of dry matter(DMD),CP(CPD),NDF(NDFD)and ADF(ADFD)by two-stage technique.The results showed that the in vitro digestibility of DM,CP,NDF and ADF was different with the change of altitudinal gradient.Tripogon hookerianus had the highest DMD,then Carex atrofusca,followed by Kobresia pygmaea,Rhododendron nivale and Rhododendron primulaeflorum.The CPD,NDFD and ADFD in Kobresia pygmaea were significantly higher than that in Rhododendron nivale and Rhododendron primulaeflorum.The DMD decreased continuously as the altitude increased,but CPD,NDFD and ADFD decreased first then increased with the attitude elevation.The results demonstrated that,in Qinghai-Tibet plateau,the grazing management of animals should be different,which depend on the altitude elevation.
