雌性北京鸭三叉神经运动核及感觉主核的显微解剖

摘 要：
用火棉胶包埋，Nissl，Luxol固蓝一克紫和Weil氏染色方法，对成年北京鸭三叉神经运动核和三叉神经感觉主核的形态、位置和细胞构筑进行了研究。结果如下：三叉神经运动核位于脑桥前半部，网状结构的外侧，由内侧核、外侧核和腹侧核构成，核团长为（1．33±0．07）mm，主要由大、中型细胞构成，还有少量小细胞。三叉神经感觉主核位于脑桥中部至脑桥前端，占据脑桥的背外侧区，核团长为（2．32±0．18）mm，由中、小细胞构成。

摘 要：
This Paper has dealt with the cytoarchitecture, location and morphology of the nucleus motorious nervi trigemini and the nucleus sensorious principali's nervi trigemini 0f Peking ducks brains which were embedded in celloidin and stained by Nissl methed, Luxol fast blue and weil's methods. The result was as fOllows:The nucleus motorial nervi trigemini is located the anterior half of the pons and the lateral of the reticular formation. It consists of a lateral, a ventral, and a medial motor nucleus of the trigeminal. The length of the nucleus is (1. 33±0. 07)mm. It consists of mainly large and medium - sized cells and has a few small cells. The nucleus sensorious principal's nervi trigemini is located from the middle of pons to the anterior end of pons and occupies the dorsolateral area of the pons, The length of the nucleus is (2. 32±0. 18)mm. It consists of medium - size and small cells.
