安顺市烟田杂草主要病毒检测及分析

摘  要：
为了解烟田杂草是否携带烟草病毒,采用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法分析了安顺市3县的45块烟田杂草携带常见烟草病毒的情况。结果表明,TMV,CMV和PVY在各地区的感染率存在差异。感染TMV和PVY最高的地区为紫云县的板当镇,感染率为别58.5%和2.4%;感染CMV最高的为平坝县天龙镇,感染率分别为4.8%。感染TMV、CMV和PVY的寄主范围也存在差异,其感染的杂草寄主分别达39、2和2种,感染率分为47.1%、0.8%和0.5%。总之,研究结果为烟田杂草病毒病的综合防治提供了理论依据。

摘  要：
To explore whether the tobacco weeds infect tobacco viruses,samples from 45 tobacco areas of three counties in Anshun were detected by ELISA.Results showed that infection rate of three viruses(TMV,CMV and PVY)was different among regions.The highest infection rate for TMV and PVY were found in Bandang,Ziyun county and their respective value were 58.5% and 2.4%.The highest infection rate for CMV was found in Tianlong,Pingba county and the infected value was4.8%.The number of infected hosts of three viruses was also different.Infected hosts for TMV,CMV and PVY were 39,9and 1,and the corresponding infection rate were 47.1%,0.8% and 0.5%,respectively.In sum,the results provide theoretical basis for integrative control of tobacco viruses.
