陈山红心杉无性系主要经济性状遗传变异和无性系选择

摘  要:
通过对陈山红心杉无性系主要经济性状遗传变异研究,了解各性状遗传变异规律和性状间的遗传相关关系,选出速生优质陈山红心杉无性系应用于生产.以浙江省开化县林场的7年生陈山红心杉无性系(24个无性系,2个对照)试验林为研究对象,开展了树高、胸径、材积和木材密度4个主要经济性状的测定和分析,并采用指数选择法进行了优良无性系选择.结果表明:4个主要经济性状在无性系间达极显著差异水平(P<0.001),且有较高重复力,而材积有较高的遗传变异系数;3个生长性状间的遗传相关均为密切正相关,3个生长性状与木材密度间则表现不一,树高与木材密度为弱度遗传正相关,胸径和材积与木材密度间为极弱度遗传负相关.应用材积和木材密度两个性状,采用选择指数初选出5个优良无性系,它们的材积和木材密度比试验群体平均值分别高出了30.06%和4.89%,与两个试验对照平均值相比,木材密度提高了5.73%,但材积则下降了6.11%;而其中的H11无性系材积和木材密度均较高,比两个试验对照平均值分别高出了35.15%和9.67%,可在当地及相似地区推广应用.

摘  要:
By studying the genetic variation of main economic traits of Chenshan red-heart Chinese fir clones, the genetic variation regularity of each trait and the genetic correlation among the traits were understood, and fast-growing and high-quality Chenshan red-heart Chinese fir clones were selected for production. The test forests of seven-year-old Chenshan red-heart Chinese fir clones(24 clones and 2 controls) were planted in Kaihua County Forest Farm, Zhejiang Province. Four main economic traits of tree height, diameter at breast height, volume and wood density were measured and analyzed, and excellent clones were selected by index selection method. Results showed that the four main economic traits were highly significant on each trait of the clones(P<0.001), and their repeatability were high, and volume has a higher coefficient of genetic variation. The genetic correlations among the three growth traits were all positive correlation, while the three growth traits were not consistent with wood density. Tree height and wood density were weak positive correlation, while DBH and volume were very weak negative correlation. Five superior clones were selected by selection index using two characters of volume and wood density. Their volume and wood density were30.06% and 4.89% higher than the average of the experimental population, respectively. Compared with the average of the two experiment CK, the wood density increased by 5.73%, but the volume decreased by 6.11%. Among the clones, the volume and density of the H11 clone wood were higher, which were 35.15% and 9.67% higher than the average of the two experiment CK,respectively, which can be popularized and applied in local and similar areas.
