摘  要：
馆藏文献数字化是图书馆数字资源建设的重要手段之一,也是图书馆适应数字时代发展需求的必经之路,但同时也面临诸多版权侵权风险。通过对典型司法案例的分析,总结了图书馆在对馆藏文献进行数字化并用于服务过程中所面临的版权风险类型,并最终提出解决方案。

摘  要：
Library collection digitization is one of the important means for the construction of digital resource in libraries, as well as the only way to adapt the needs for the development of digital age, at the same time it has also faced to much risks of copyright infringement. Based on the study of typical judicial cases, this paper did not only conclude the types of copyright risk during the library collection digitization and service, but also offered a solution in the end.
