摘  要：
1日龄火鸡用新城疫 Lasota 苗免疫后,在7,14,21,35日龄及攻毒后,检测了火鸡免疫器官组织法氏囊、胸腺、脾脏、盲肠扁桃体、哈德尔氏腺中浆细胞明显增多,机体体液免疫应答显著增强;胸腺、脾脏、盲肠扁桃体、哈德尔氏腺中 T_(ANAN)~+也明显增多,细胞免疫应答也显著增强。免疫后60天,用新城疫强毒攻击,免疫火鸡获得了良好的保护。

摘  要：
The experiment was undertaken to detect the changes of plasmocytes,acid nonspecific α-naphtyl acetate easterase positive T lymphocytes(T_(ANAE)~+)at 7,14,21,35 days or postchallenge,after one-day-old turkeys were inoculated with live lasota vaccine.The results are as follows: The number of plasmocytes increased significantly in Fabricius,thymus,spleen,cecal tonsil and Harderian gland of vaccined turkeys.The number of T_(ANAE)~+ increased significantly in thymus,spleen,cecal tonsil and Harderian gland too.Vaccinated turkeys obtained better protection after challenge with virulent ND virus.These results demonstrated that not only the humoral immune response but also the cellular immune response was significantly en- hanced after the turkeys were inoculated with live Lasota vaccine at one day old.It was effec- tive and practicable that turkeys were immunized at one day old.
