浅析粮食金融化实质

摘  要：
粮食全球化、金融化、能源化的加深引发国际粮价剧烈波动,给全球粮食安全形势带来挑战,粮食金融化成为全球关注焦点。本文从粮食金融化的产生、研究实质、现实特征等方面揭示粮食金融化的根源、表现、背后机理及其影响等。另外,从国家战略层面分析粮食能源化、金融化、美元化等特征,提出粮食金融化是新时期以美国为代表的西方发达国家粮食武器战略的新形势。

摘  要：
The deepening of grain globalization, financialization and energy globalization has led to the drastic fluctuations of international grain prices, posing challenges to the global food security situation. Grain financialization has become a global focus. This paper revealed the origin, manifestation, mechanism and influence of grain financialization from the perspectives of the generation, research essence and realistic characteristics of grain financialization. In addition this paper analyzed the dollarization of grain energy and finance from the perspective of national strategy, and put forward that grain financialization was the new situation of grain weapon strategy of western developed countries represented by the United States in the new era.
