大庆地区管道腐蚀的超声波内检测的研究

摘  要:
大庆地区水域受到典型的盐碱地质及石油的污染,注水式的石油开采方式运用了大量的输水管道,因此,管道腐蚀的检测尤为重要。本文运用超声波检测技术对大庆地区管道腐蚀按管道地域及管道服役时间进行探测并分析,结果表明,管道腐蚀按地域差别明显,按时间呈现非线性变化,腐蚀原因一方面是由于碳钢表面的不均匀性与水(有溶解氧)接触时形成腐蚀电池。另一方面,在水管内的少量沉淀及油污处容易形成充气不均匀型"闭塞腐蚀电池"。

摘  要:
The waters in Daqing region is polluted by typical saline geology and petroleum and a large number of water pipelines are occupied as the result of the oil extraction method of water type,therefore,the detection of pipeline corrosion is particularly important.The situation of pipeline corrosion in Daqing region is analysed according to the different areas and the length of service of the pipeline using ultrasonic testing in the present paper.The results show that the situation of pipeline corrosion is different obviously between different regions,which exhibits the character of non-linear changes in time.There are two reasons for this.The first is that the corrosion cell comes into being when the surface of uneven carbon steel contacts with water with oxygen.The second is that the occluded corrosion cell of inflatable non-uniform-type forms easily in the region of a small amount of deposition and greasy dirt.
