摘  要:
阐述磷化工产业发展现状及方向;黄磷生产尾气的综合利用现状,净化CO应优先开发的产品;黄磷生产用矿现状及粉矿烧结技术。计算了全部用块矿、全部用磨粉烧结矿、块矿与烧结矿按一定比例搭配的原料矿成本。并介绍了伍德烧结技术的改进,可使原料矿的成本进一步降低。在磷矿资源日趋贫化、枯竭,矿、电价格不断上涨的今天,磷化工企业必须开发使用新烧结技术。

摘  要:
The development situation and direction of phosphorous chemical industry,the integrated utilization of tail gas from yellow phosphor production,the first developed product from purified CO,and the adoption of phosphate rock raw material for yellow phosphorous production and the sintering technology of ground phosphate rock are discussed.The various costs are respectively estimated with different raw materials,including the full block phosphate rock,complete sintering ground phosphate rock and the mixture in different ratio both block phosphate rock and sintering ground phosphate rock,meanwhile the improved Wood sintering technology is also described for further decrease of cost on phosphate rock raw material.Based on the diluting and depleting phosphorus resource,as well as the increasing prices of phosphate rock and electric power at present,the viewpoint is emphasized that enterprises of phosphorous chemical industry should develop and employ new sintering technology of ground phosphate rock.
