DSSAT模型对长期保护性耕作与土壤改良措施下玉米生长过程的模拟及验证

摘  要:
在豫西褐土区,应用DSSAT模型研究长期不同保护性耕作与土壤改良措施下夏玉米的生长过程,验证和评估DSSAT模型在豫西褐土区的适用性,为此模型在该区夏玉米上的应用提供依据。采用DSSAT 4.6内嵌的Glue软件,利用河南省农业科学院节水农业禹州试验基地2013年不同措施(常规耕作、深松、秸秆还田、有机肥)处理夏玉米田间试验观测的土壤体积含水率以及夏玉米的叶面积指数、生物量、产量等观测结果,对玉米的遗传特性参数进行率定,并利用2015年不同处理条件下土壤体积含水率以及夏玉米的叶面积指数、生物量、产量等进行验证。结果表明,在模型率定过程中,2013年夏玉米的叶面积、生物量及产量模拟的归一化的相对均方根误差(RRMSE)和绝对相对误差(ARE)均小于16%。在验证过程中,2015年产量实测值与模拟值之间的RRMSE和ARE分别在1.3%~12.6%和0.8%~12.4%;生物量实测值与模拟值的RRMSE和ARE分别为3.0%~7.3%和2.6%~5.3%;叶面积指数实测值与模拟值之间的RRMSE和ARE分别为2.5%~3.3%和3.6%~7.6%。此外,模拟产量与实测产量具有较佳的相关性,模拟值和实测值较一致。综上,DSSAT模型中的CERES-Maize模型能较好地模拟豫西褐土区夏玉米的生长过程、生物量以及产量。

摘  要:
The DSSAT model is used to simulate the growing of summer maize under long-term conservation tillage and soil improvement measures in cinnamon soil in western Henan province to validate and evaluate the applicability of DSSAT model,and provide basis for application of this model on summer maize of this area. This study was based on soil moisture,leaf area index,biomass and yield of summer maize field experiments,including conventional tillage,subsoiling,straw returning,organic fertilizer treatments,which were conducted at water-saving agriculture Yuzhou experimental base of Henan Academy of AgriculturalAciences in 2013. The GULE( Generalized Likelihood Uncertainty Estimation) which is embedded in DSSAT 4. 6 was combined with all treatments during 2013 to calibrate maize genetic parameter,and then verified by soil moisture,leaf area index,biomass and yield of summer maize under all treatments of 2015.The results showed that the RRMSE and ARE of simulation leaf area index,biomass and yield in 2013 wereboth less than 16% during the model calibration process. In the verification processthe RRMSE and ARE between measured values and simulated values of yield were 1. 3% —12. 6% and 0. 8% —12. 4%respectively in 2015. The RRMSE and ARE between measured values and simulated values of biomass were 3. 0% —7. 3% and 2. 6% —5. 3%,while the RRMSE and ARE between measured values and simulated values of leaf area index were 2. 5% —3. 3% and 3. 6% —7. 6%. In addition,there was better correlation between yield of simulation and measurement suggesting the consistence of simulated and measured yield in different treatments. In conclusion,the CERES-Maize model can simulate the growth process,biomass and yield of summer maize well at cinnamon soil in western Henan province.
