根据华中农业大学开展的为期一年的实践,基于SWOT战略分析工具,从利用内部优势、克服内部劣势、把握外部机会和避开外部威胁入手,结合大学校园学习生活实际情况,提出了具体的、具有针对性的策略,以期通过这些策略更好地提高高校图书馆电子资源使用效率,助力高校教学与科研。

摘  要：
The author has proposed specific and targeted strategies, which were drawn according to his practice during the year in Huazhong Agriculture University, based on the strategic analysis tools--SWOT, through using the inside advantages, overcoming the inside disadvantages, seizing the outside opportunities and avoiding the outside threats, which were combining with the facts of study and life at school, in the hope of boosting the use efficiency of library electronic resources better in colleges and universities by utilizing the given strategies as well as pushing the teaching and research there.
