鹅产蛋性能的分子生物学研究进展

摘  要:
鹅产蛋性状属低遗传力性状,采用传统育种手段提高鹅的产蛋性能速度缓慢,分子生物学技术的应用为提高鹅产蛋性能提供了一条新的途径。近年来,抑制性消减杂交技术以及SNP技术已经逐渐被应用于提高鹅产蛋性能的研究领域,并取得了一些进展。从鹅产蛋性能相关基因的筛选及产蛋性能候选基因的研究方面,对与鹅产蛋性能相关的分子生物学研究进展作一综述。

摘  要:
The egg-laying performance is a low-heritability trait.The progress in improving the egg-laying performance is slow by the traditional breeding programs.It is a newly route that the molecular biological technology,such as suppression subtractive hybridization(SSH) and single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP),have been well employed to improve the egg-laying performance.The progress on molecular biology of egg-laying performance in geese was reviewed in the paper.
