设施农业经营规模与农业生产率关系研究——基于浙江省的调查分析

摘  要：
本文以设施农业经营规模为切入点,通过对浙江省的实地调研,对设施农业经营规模与生产率关系进行了测度与评价。研究结果表明,设施农业经营规模与农业生产率之间并不是简单的正向或负向关系,生产率评价指标不同则二者的变化规律往往也不同;基于生产率测算的设施农业最佳经营规模远大于生产主体的实际规模和意愿规模,经营户扩大生产规模是有利可图的;设施农业经营的社会最佳规模(基于土地生产率测度)与农户最佳经营规模(基于劳动生产率和资本利润率测度)这一矛盾在现实中并不明显。

摘  要：
In this paper,management scale of environment-controlled agriculture is as a breakthrough point.The relationship between management scale of environment controlled agriculture and productivity is measured and evaluated through field survey in Zhejiang Province.The results show that: relationship between theirs is not simply a positive or negative correlation.Different evaluation index of productivity often has a different law of variation.The optimum scale of environment-controlled agriculture based on productivity is much larger than the actual and will scale of farmers.Therefore,farmers are profitable to expand production scale,which provides the necessary basis for the large-scale operation implementation of environment-controlled agriculture.For environment-controlled agriculture,the contradiction between social optimum scale based on land productivity and farmers'optimum scale based on labor productivity and capital profitability is not obvious in reality.
