我国是农业生产大国,基层农业生产水平与国民经济发展水平息息相关.农业灌溉直接影响农业生产质量,在我国农业生产中占有重要地位.近年来,我国相关部门结合各地农业生产情况进行了水利工程建设,以满足农业灌溉需求.然而,传统水利灌溉管理存在管理制度不完善、缺乏资金支持等问题,无法适应新时代的农田灌溉要求,限制了现代农业的健康、可持续发展.论述了基层农田水利灌溉管理的重要性、新时代基层农田水利灌溉管理中存在的问题及有效措施,以期为基层农田的生产灌溉管理提供科学的参考依据,促进现代农业的可持续发展.

摘 要：
China was a big agricultural production,the level of agricultural production is closely related to the level of national economic development.Agricultural irrigation directly affects the quality of agricultural production and occupies an important position in China's agricultural production.In recent years,relevant departments in China had carried out water conservancy projects based on the agricultural production situation in various places to meet the needs of agricultural irrigation.However,the traditional irrigation management had problems such as imperfect management system and lack of financial support,which cannot adapt to the requirements of farmland irrigation in the new era,and limited the healthy and sustainable development of modern agriculture.This paper discussed the importance of irrigation management,the problems and effective measures in irrigation management in the new era,in order to provide scientific reference for irrigation management of basic farmland and promote the sustainable development of modern agriculture.
