三江白猪GH基因多态性分析及对仔猪初生重的影响

摘要：

为研究三江白猪GH基因多态性对仔猪初生重的影响,试验采用PCR-RFLP方法,对三江白猪GH基因+486到+669区域共183 bp片段进行扩增,使用DdeⅠ限制性内切酶对扩增片段进行多态性检测。结果显示:对扩增产物使用DdeⅠ酶切后产生了3种基因型(AA、AB和BB),AB基因型的仔猪初生重显著高于AA、BB基因型的仔猪(P<0.05),而AA基因型和BB基因型的仔猪之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。

摘要：

To study the effect of polymorphism of GH gene in Sanjiang white pigs on birth weight,the PCR-RFLP method is used to expand the total 183 bp segments from GH gene +486 to +669 region for Sanjiang White Pigs,and DdeⅠ is used to exam the polymorphisms for expand segment.The results showed that there are three genotypes(AA,AB,BB) when the PCR products were cut by DdeⅠ,the birth weight of the individuals with AB genotype were higher than the ones with genotype of AA and BB(P<0.05),and the difference is not significant between the genotype AA and BB(P>0.05).
