用山苍子芳香油防治蚕豆象

摘  要：
用山苍子芳香油拌种防治蚕豆象成虫Bruchus rufimanus Boheman每50公斤蚕豆拌油300克两,12天后成虫死亡率达95.8％。在22—28℃下,用200ml/m~3的山苍子油薰蒸8天,成虫死亡率达100％,其LC_(50)为59.6ml/m~3,LC_(95)为134.9ml/m~3。3月份在20℃下,山苍子油薰蒸成虫的LT_(50)为177.8小时,LT_(95)为707.9小时;在25℃下薰蒸,LT_(50)为86.6小时,LT_(95)为334.9小时;在30℃下薰蒸,LT_(50)为50.1小时,LT_(95)为141.2小时;在36℃下薰蒸,不到24小时成虫即全死。山苍子油毒杀幼虫的效果较差。此油平时可供人们药用和食用,也不影响蚕豆发芽。

摘  要：
Attempts have been made by using the seed oil of the pheasant pepper tree Litsea cubeba (Lour.) to control both adults and larvae of the broad bean weevil Bruchus rufimanus Bo-heman. Effective control can be obtained by mixing 50 kg of infested broad bean seeds with 300 grams of the seed oil. After 12 days of treatment, 95.8% of adults died. Adult weevils have also be controlled at 22-28℃ by fumigating broad bean containing weevils with this oil at a rate of 200 ml per M3 for eight days, and the adult mortality amounted to 100%. It has been determined that both LC50 and LC95 for adult weevils were 59.6 ml/M3 and 134.9 ral/M3, and LT50 and LT95 for weevils were 86.6 and 334.9 hours respectively. This oil has been proved to be less effective on larvae of the broad bean weevil. The peasant pepper seed oil is not only edible but also of medical importance. The main component of the essential oils is citxal. There is no notorious residual problem, so we recommend it to be used for controlling weevils in broad bean.
