安溪肉桂清咽保健功效评价研究

摘 要：
为探究安溪肉桂清咽保健功效,文章以急慢性咽喉炎主要致病菌乙型溶血型链球菌、肺炎链球菌和普通变形杆菌等为体外抑菌模型,进行安溪肉桂的体外抑菌试验研究,并采用大鼠棉球植入试验和大鼠足趾肿胀试验进行体内清咽功效评价。结果表明,安溪肉桂对三种致病菌均有一定的抑制效果,其中对乙型溶血型链球菌的抑制效果最佳,其次是肺炎链球菌,对普通变形杆菌的抑制效果较弱。高中低剂量肉桂茶提取物均能明显减少大鼠足趾肿胀度及棉球肉芽肿重量,且2 g/kg剂量能够降低血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β含量。

摘 要：
In order to evaluate the throat-clearing function of Anxi Rougui, in vitro antibacterial test of Anxi Rougui was carried out by using the main pathogens of acute and chronic pharyngitis, such as β-Hemolytic streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae and Proteus vulgaris. In vivo Animal models included rat paw edema and cotton ball implantation in rats were also performed in this study. The results showed that Anxi Rougui had considerable inhibitory effects on three pathogenic bacteria, among which the inhibition effect on β-Hemolytic streptococcus was the best, followed by Streptococcus pneumoniae, and the inhibitory effect on Proteus vulgaris was weak. High, medium and low doses of Rougui extracts could significantly reduce the rate of rat paw edema and the weight of rat granuloma, and the dosage of 2 g/kg could significantly reduce the serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β.
