不同栽培方式对烤烟主要含氮化合物的影响

摘  要:
通过田间小区试验,研究了不同栽培方式对烤烟叶片尤其是上部烟叶中含氮化合物的影响。结果表明,覆膜高垄深移栽处理的烤烟叶片蛋白质含量最低,其中上部叶为9.26%;烟碱含量亦最低,其中上部叶为2.56%;游离态氨基酸含量最高,其中上部叶含量为1.00 mg/g。在试验设置的4个处理中,以覆膜高垄深移栽栽培方式生产的烤烟品质最好。

摘  要:
The effects of 4 cultivation patterns on main N-containing compounds of flue-cured tobacco,especially in the upper part leaves were studied. The results showed that the pattern of deep transplant on high ridge mulched with plastic sheet produced high quality tobacco with low protein((9.26%)),low nicotine (2.56%) and high free amino acid(1.00mg/g) in the upper leaves.
