双环氧基封端型聚硅氧烷用于蚕丝织物抗皱整理的研究

摘  要:
为降低抗皱整理对蚕丝织物强力的损伤,合成抗皱整理剂双环氧基封端型聚硅氧烷,将其乳化后应用于蚕丝织物的抗皱整理。研究抗皱整理剂乳液粒径和聚硅氧烷链段摩尔质量对整理蚕丝织物性能的影响,结果表明:乳液粒径小,整理织物的折皱回复角大;随着聚硅氧烷链段摩尔质量的增加,整理织物的折皱回复角先增后减,当聚硅氧烷链段的摩尔质量为1 200 g/mol时,干、湿折皱回复角最大。通过单因素试验优化抗皱整理工艺条件为:抗皱整理剂乳液用量60 g/L,催化剂Na2S2O3用量4 g/L,焙烘温度130℃,焙烘时间5 min。在此工艺条件下用双环氧封端聚硅氧烷整理的蚕丝织物不仅具有良好的抗皱性能和耐洗性,而且具有较高的强力保持率,且不泛黄。与其他常用的蚕丝织物抗皱整理剂相比,双环氧封端聚硅氧烷不失为综合性能良好的蚕丝织物抗皱整理剂。

摘  要:
In order to reduce strength damage of silk fabric after anti-crease finishing,double epoxy group-terminated polysiloxane was synthesized. After being emulsified,it was used as finishing agent for anti-crease finishing of silk fabric.The influence of particle size in finishing agent emulsion and molar mass of polysiloxane segment on properties of the finished silk fabric were studied. The results showed that the smaller the emulsion particle size was,the higher the wrinkle recovery angle of the finished silk fabric had. With the increase of the molar mass of polysiloxane segment,wrinkle recovery angle of the finished silk fabric increased at first and then decreased. When the relative molar mass of polysiloxane segment was 1 200 g / mol,the dry and wet crease recovery angle of the finished silk fabric reached their highest values.The optimized technological conditions for anti-creaset finishing obtained from single factor experiment was as following:the dosage of finishing agent emulsion was 60 g / L,the dosage of catalyst Na2S2O3 was 4 g / L,the curing temperature was 130 ℃ and curing time was 5 min. Under this condition,the finished silk fabric had high wrinkle resistance and washing resistance,and high strength retention rate. Meanwhile,no yellowing of the finished silk fabric was observed.Compared with other finishing agents, double epoxy group-terminated polysiloxan is an excellent agent for anti-crease finishing of silk fabric.
