高效液相色谱结合DA方法对3种虫草的分类研究

摘  要:
利用高效液相色谱测定冬虫夏草(Ophiocordyceps sinensis)、柞蚕蛹虫草(Cordyceps militaris)、蛹虫草(Cordyceps militaris)子实体中的尿苷、鸟苷、胸苷、腺苷、虫草素含量和共有特征峰值,并依据他们共有的13个特征峰值对这3类虫草的21个样品建立判别分析模型(discrimant analysis,DA),同时以3个虫草样品对该模型进行判别验证。结果显示,DA方法对3种虫草的判别分类效果良好。表明高效液相色谱法结合SPSS的DA判别分析方法可以作为这3种虫草分析鉴别的新方法。

摘  要:
One method was conducted to establish distinguishing Ophiocordyceps sinensis, complex of Cordyceps militaris and fruiting body of C. militaris. Firstly the contents of uridine, guanosine, thymidine, adenosine, cordycepin of the three kinds of species was measured using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), and then obtained the thirteen common characteristic peaks of them. The common peaks of twenty-one samples, which was validated using other three samples. Our result indicates that HPLC combined with discrimant analysiscan was used as a new method for the discriminating of these three species.
