年楚河流域气象灾害时空特征及发生规律分析

摘  要:
利用气象灾害资料,根据发生频率及影响程度,确定年楚河流域主要气象灾害类型,对其时空特征及发生规律进行了分析,以为区域灾害风险评估和防灾减灾提供参考。结果表明:年楚河流域对农业影响最大的灾害为干旱、洪涝灾害,其次为冰冻害(冰雹、霜冻、雪灾);不同灾害在时间上呈年内时聚性且阶段续发性强、年际上波动变化的特征;在空间上各灾种的发生频次和影响范围表现出异质性,不同灾种的发生规律性明显。

摘  要:
According to the occurrence frequency and influence degree by using meteorological disaster data, the main types and spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of meteorological disasters in Nianchu River are analyzed in this paper, in order to provide reference for regional disaster risk assessment and disaster prevention and reduction in this region. The results showed that:(1) the type of drought and flood were the most influential disasters for agriculture Nianchu River, followed by freezing disasters(hail, frost and snow).(2) the Annual distribution characteristics of different disasters showed annual time accumulation, strong stage recurrence and inter-annual fluctuation.(3) the occurrence frequency and influence range of various disasters showed spatial heterogeneity and obvious regularity.
