摘要：

《斯德哥尔摩公约》第八次缔约方大会将十溴二苯醚、短链氯化石蜡增列入公约附件A。至此,在首批12种持久性有机污染物基础上,已新增列16种持久性有机污染物,公约受控化学品家族扩大至28种/类。

摘要：

The Conference of the Parties of the Stockholm Convention adopted amendments at its eighth meeting held from 24 April to 5 May 2017. Annexes A and C have been amended to list hexachlorobutadiene in Annex C and decabromodiphenyl ether( commercial mixture,c-DecaBDE) and short-chain chlorinated paraffins in Annex A with specific exemptions. The total of 16 chemicals have been added to the Stockholm Convention until this conference since 2009.
