养猪场发酵床垫料及下层土壤中酶活性变化特性研究

摘  要:
发酵床养猪作为近年我国引进的一种新兴养殖模式,实现了养猪零排放,缓解了规模养猪场的环境污染问题。从2012年11月17日到2013年5月24日,在江苏省泗阳县天蓬猪场的发酵床养猪栏内连续采集0~20 cm、20~40 cm垫料层及40~60 cm、60~80 cm的土壤层样品,测定其过氧化氢酶活性、纤维素酶活性及蛋白酶活性,研究酶活性的变化以及对深层水土环境的影响。结果表明,在0~40 cm垫料的垂直深度,随着深度的加大,酶活性显著下降(P<0.05);随着垫料使用时间的延长,垫料中过氧化氢酶和纤维素酶活性有增大的趋势,而蛋白酶活性有降低的趋势,垫料下层土壤中酶活性变化不显著。

摘  要:
Fermentation bed,namely bio-bed,is a newly developed pigraising system,which realizes zero-pollutant discharge from pigraising.An experiment was conducted in Tianpeng Bio-bed Pig Raising Farms,Siyang,Jiangsu Province,from November 17,2012 to May24,2013.Catalase,cellulase and protease activities were determined in bedding(0~20 cm,20~40 cm)and soil(40~60 cm,60~80 cm)layers.The results showed that all enzyme activities decreased significantly(P<0.05)with depth;whereas catalase and cellulase activities significantly increased but protease activity tended to decrease with time in bedding layer(0~40 cm)(P<0.05).No apparent changes of enzyme activities were observed in soil layer.
