吉林省粮食物流现状及对策研究

摘  要：
粮食物流是指粮食从生产地向销售地的实体流动,位置转移的过程。根据实际需要将粮食的收购、储存、运输、装卸、搬运、加工、配送、信息处理等基本功能进行有机的结合,根据粮食的数量、交货要求、运输条件等,使粮食尽可能由产地通过最少的环节,以最短的物流路线,按时保质地送到用户手中。因此,对于吉林省这样一个粮食产量高的一个地区来说,粮食物流是一种重要的物流方式。吉林省粮食物流的发展对吉林省的经济发展和提高人民(特别是农民)的收入水平起着很大的促进作用。本文主要从目前吉林省粮食物流现状出发,找出其存在的明显问题,从而明确吉林省粮食物流发展的方向,提出改善吉林省粮食物流的可行性对策,这一对策的提出为吉林省粮食物流的发展提供了一定的科学依据。

摘  要：
Grain logistics is refers to the food flow from supplier to recipient as well as the import and export process, according to the needs of the market of grain purchase, sets, storage, transportation,circulation, processing, distribution, information processing, and other functions of organic combination,through planning, executing, controlling, systematic management, to realize the whole process of user requirements, it is an important way of logistics. It's implementing the central proposed the construction socialism new countryside is an important guarantee, On the economic development of Jilin province and to raise the income level of people(especially farmers) has a great role in promoting. at the same time is the idea put forward to promote the development of Jilin province grain logistics system principles and countermeasures.
