天门冬对不同浓度NaCl溶液胁迫的生理响应

摘  要:
在不同浓度NaCl溶液胁迫下测定了天门冬叶片生理指标,并分析其抗盐特性。结果表明:NaCl处理后,天门冬叶片中的可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量及SOD活性随胁迫程度的增强呈先上升后下降趋势,丙二醛含量呈持续上升趋势。随处理时间的延长,可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量在第6天达最大值,第8天出现不同程度的下降趋势,SOD活性呈下降趋势,丙二醛含量呈持续上升趋势,表明天门冬具有一定的耐盐能力。

摘  要:
The physiological indexes of Asparagus cochinchinensis leaves were determined under different-concentration NaCl stresses and the salt tolerance of A.cochinchinensis was quantitatively analyzed.The results showed that the soluble sugar and free proline contents and SOD activity of the leaves firstly increased and then decreased with the salt concentration increasing,while the malonaldehyde content increased with salt concentration increasing.The soluble sugar and free proline contents reached the maximum on the sixth day after the NaCl treatment but somewhat exhibited a downward tendency on the eighth day.The SOD activity decreased while the malonaldehyde content continued to rise.It was concluded that A.cochinchinensis was tolerant to salt to a certain extent.
