3个彩叶桂花品种的扦插繁殖试验

摘  要:
对3个彩叶桂花品种(银碧双辉、五色彩桂、云田彩桂)进行扦插繁殖试验。结果表明,相同生境条件下,3个彩叶桂花扦插的生根能力存在差异;不同浓度梯度的NAA处理均会对3个彩桂树种扦插成活率产生不同的影响,其中100×10~(-6)为NAA扦插处理的最佳浓度;生根剂ABT1能显著提高3种彩桂品种的扦插成活率,但其效果低于浓度为100×10~(-6)的NAA。

摘  要:
Propagation experiment of three colorful Sweet-scented osmanthus was conducted by using cutting techniques. The results showed that under the same habitat condition,the rooting abilities of the three color Sweet-scented osmanthus were different. The different concentration gradient of NAA had different effects on cutting survival rates of the three species. The optimum concentration of NAA to deal with cuttings was 100 ppm. ABT1 rooting agent could significantly improve the survival rate of three colorful sweet-scented osmanthus,but its effect was worse than NAA of which concentration was 100 ppm.
