摘  要：
以人为本思想来源于人本主义思想,马克思主义科学发展观中的以人为本,从哲学上看,有3个层面的内涵,即以人的本质为本,根据人的本质来规范和引导发展、实现发展;以人的本质力量为本,依靠人的本质力量推动发展、实现发展;以人的全面发展为本,以人的全面发展作为价值目标和终极追求,实现发展。这也是图书馆以人为本理念内涵之所在。
