摘 要：
巴音河流域水资源总量4.87×10~8m~3,其中地表水资源量4.15×10~8m~3,地下水资源量3.70×10~8m~3,现状开采利用量2.61×10~8m~3,现状年水资源开发利用量已达53.61%。随着地区社会经济快速发展,工农牧业对水资源的需求与日俱增,作为柴达木盆地主要循环经济试验区之一的德令哈市水资源供需矛盾日益突出。中上游水资源大量开发利用,导致流域下游湖泊积水面积缩减,生态用水严重不足。近、远期工农牧业需水量为2.77×10~8m~3和2.56×10~8m~3,加之生态用水3.40×10~8m~3,流域有限的水资源愈显不足。为了科学合理的开发利用巴音河流域有限的水资源,使自然环境和社会经济得以可持续发展,需要对流域水资源进行全面系统的分析,以期达到科学合理开发利用水资源的目的。

摘 要：
The total volume of water resources in the Bayin River Watershed in Qinghai Province is 4.87×10~8 m~3,in which the volumes of surface water and groundwater are 4.15×10~8 m~3 and 3.70×10~8 m~3 respectively.Currently, the volume of exploited and utilized water resources is 2.61×10~8 m~3,and its proportion is as high as 53.61%of the total.Along with the local social and economic development,the water requirements of industry,agriculture and animal husbandry are sharply increased,and the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources becomes more and more serious.Inflow to the lower reaches and the water area of the lakes in the lower reaches are reduced due to the excessive exploitation and utilization of water resources in the upper reaches,and the ecological water supply is in a serious shortage.The requirements of water resources in near future and at a specified future date will be 2.77×10~8 m~3 and 2.56×10~8 m~3 respectively,the volume of water resources for ecological use will be 3.40×10~8m~3,and the shortage of water resources in the Bayin River Watershed will become more serious.So it needs to comprehensively and systematically analyze the water resources in the drainage basin so as to rationally exploit and utilize the limited water resources in the Bayin River Watershed and achieve the sustainable development of natural environment and social and economic development.
