δ~(15)N在有机农产品鉴别上的应用前景

摘  要:
有机农业在世界范围内正呈现快速发展的趋势,有机产品识别受到人们的普遍关注。目前已有研究者提出将产品~(15)N自然丰度(δ~(15)N值)作为其鉴别指标。介绍了稳定性氮同位素的相关知识,解释了δ~(15)N识别技术判断有机生产中肥料施用类型的可行性,并指出可能引起该技术鉴别误差的主要影响因素。建议在尽可能全面分析各个影响因素的基础上,结合δ~(15)N识别技术与其他的认证管理措施,提高有机农产品鉴别的准确度。

摘  要:
Organic agriculture is showing a trend of rapid development worldwide, and the identification of organic products has attracted widespread attention.At present, researchers have proposed to use the natural abundance of the product ~(15)N(δ~(15)N value) as its identification index.Introduces the knowledge of stable nitrogen isotopes, explains the feasibility of δ~(15)N recognition technology for judging the type of fertilizer application in organic production, and points out soil conditions, atmospheric nitrogen deposition, irrigation, land use methods, crop types and growth periods, etc.Factors that may cause errors to the technology.Suggests that on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors as far as possible, δ ~(15)N identification technology combined with other certification management measures to improve the accuracy of organic agricultural products identification.
