磷石膏防渗渣场污水控制关键技术研究

摘  要:
针对磷石膏防渗渣场工程中的污水控制,运用系统工程的原理,对防渗渣场进行水平衡计算,确定来水量、损失水量与剩余水量三方面的相互关系。通过优化清污分流、控制渣体入库含水量、增加蒸发量等措施,减少了剩余污水量;同时利用枯水期调蓄用水和丰水期弃水的原理,在确保防渗渣场剩余污水不外溢及保证环境安全的情况下,优化剩余污水中调蓄用水和弃水的比例,确定调节水池的最优调蓄容积和污水处理设备的最大污水处理能力,以达到节省工程投资及减少污水处理费用的目的。

摘  要:
Based on sewage control in anti-seepage field engineering for phosphogypsum, the principle of system engineering is used to calculate the water balance of the anti-seepage slag field, the relationship between the amount of incoming water, the amount of lost water and the amount of remaining water is determined. The amount of remaining sewage is reduced by optimizing the clean water and sewage diversion, controlling the water content of the slag body, increasing the evaporation, etc. In order to save engineering investment and reduce sewage treatment costs, the principle of regulating water in the dry season and abandoning water in the wet season is used to optimize the proportional relationship between the regulating water and the abandoning water in the remaining sewage, determine the optimal storage volume of the adjustment tank and the maximum sewage treatment capacity of the sewage treatment equipment,ensure that the remaining sewage in the antiseepage field does not overflow and environmental safety.
