LAS递进胁迫下草坪草初期生长效应的研究

摘  要:
通过LAS递进胁迫研究了几种草坪草初期生长效应,结果表明,低剂量LAS会对各草坪草初期生长起促进作用,高剂量LAS则起抑制作用。LAS胁迫同一草种对种子萌发、幼苗株高、幼根长及叶绿素等效应测定结果表明其差异明显;从综合效应指数这一指标的判定来看,白三叶比三种禾草均有相对较大的耐受阈限;三种禾草比较,高羊茅耐受阈限又明显地大于紫羊茅和早熟禾;紫羊茅与早熟禾效应接近。

摘  要:
Linear alkylbenzene sulfonate (LAS) is a major ingredient of detergent of daily use which enters the environment as a pollutant. In this study the effect of LAS on the early stage growth of some turfgrasses was investigated. The results indicated that a low dosage of LAS could stimulate the growth of turfgrasses at their early growing stage, while a high dosage would inhibit their growth. The effects of LAS on seed germination, the height of seedlings, the length of young roots and on the content of chlorophyll were shown significant. Judged by comprehensive indices, Trifolium repens showed the highest endurance to LAS among the 4 species tested; the endurance of Festuca arundinacea was higher than that of F.rubra and Poa pratensis which showed no significant difference between themselves.
