摘 要：
我国未来20年对海产品的需求将呈持续上升态势,在渔业资源衰退和近岸海产品养殖发展受限的背景下,深海网箱养殖已成为我国海洋渔业发展的必然战略选择。本文从国家政策、装备发展、资源分布、组织形式等多个方面分析我国深海网箱养殖现状,并阐述发展中存在的问题。本文认为,为了推动深海网箱养殖发展,应提高海洋自然灾害预警能力;增强养殖网箱系统科技创新能力;提升基础科学研究水平,建立科学支撑体系;健全深海网箱养殖金融支撑体系,支持养殖实体经济发展;重视科学规划,战略布局养殖生态链。

摘 要：
In the next 20 years,China's sea food demand will continue to rise,under the background of fishery resources recession and limited coastal seafood aquaculture development,the offshore cage aquaculture has become strategic choice for the development of China's marine fishery.This paper analyzes the current situation of offshore cage aquaculture in China from policy,equipment,resources distribution,forms of organization and expounds the problems existing in the development.In order to promote the development of offshore cage aquaculture,we should improve the warning ability of marine natural disaster;enhance the scientific and technological innovation of cage culture system;enhance the level of basic scientific research,establish a scientific support system;improve financial support system in order to support the real economy;pay attention to scientific planning,enrich aquaculture ecological chain.
