摘 要：
In recent years, Hangjiang District of Yangzhou City has made some achievements and experiences in the construction of modern pest forecasting system. Affected by the reform of agricultural supply side and the adjustment of industrial institutions, the forecasting system is facing new problems and challenges brought about by the emergence of new planting subjects. Only by strengthening its operational capacity, applying modern forecasting tools, and promoting its cooperation with scientific research institutes, agricultural technology companies and new scale planters can the forecasting system be strengthened, and can thus continuously improve the coverage, frequency and accuracy of pest forecasting.
