6种竹材的微纤丝角的比较研究

摘  要:
为合理开发利用竹材资源及遗传改良提供科学依据,利用X射线衍射技术对6种竹材的微纤丝角进行测试研究。结果表明,3年生6种竹材微纤丝角不同,其中麻竹最大,刺黑竹最小,其他4种无显著差别;1、3和4年生的慈竹和孝顺竹微纤丝角随着年份的增长先降低,然后趋于稳定,刺黑竹的微纤丝角也呈现先增加然后减小的趋势。

摘  要:
In order to provide a scientific basis for bamboo development, utilization, and genetic improvement, X-ray diffraction was used to study the variation of microfibril angle(MFA) in six bamboos. The results indicated that the MFA of the six 3-year-old bamboos was different from each other. Dendrocalamus latiflorus Munro has the biggest and Chimonobambusa neopurpurea has the smallest MFA, while no significant difference was observed among other bamboos. The MFA of 1, 3, and 4 years old Neosinocalamus affinis and Bambusa multiplex increased firstly and then decreased to steadily with the rising of ages. The MFA of Chimonobambusa neopurpurea also increased firstly and then decreased.
