摘  要：
随着社会的发展,研究生招生人数的不断增长,如何培养具有职业能力的综合性人才成为了全日制专业学位研究生教育的核心内容。该文通过对专业硕士职业能力培养现状的分析,针对当前存在的课程设置、资源配置、办学理念等问题提出了可行性意见,旨在保障全日制专业学位研究生的培养质量。

摘  要：
With the development of the society,the continuous increase in the number of graduate student recruit students,how to cultivate comprehensive talents with professional ability become the core content of full-time professional degree postgraduate education.In this article,through analyzing the current situation of professional master's professional ability training,in view of the current curriculum,problems such as resource allocation,the school-running idea,put forward feasible suggestions,aims to guarantee a full-time professional degree graduate training quality.
