香猪血清蛋白水平变化与分析

摘  要：
采用临床常规方法对13头1～6月龄(n=8头、n=5头)春产香猪的血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白含量进行了测定与分析。结果表明,不同月龄血清蛋白含量不同,1月龄血清蛋白含量最低(公猪为55.95±13.78,母猪为47.70±10.83),2、3、5、6月龄含量处于中等水平,4月龄时含量最高(公猪为82.93±2.436;母猪为82.94±4.432)。相同月龄公母猪的血清蛋白含量差异不显著(P>0.05),不同月龄间F检验结果,血清蛋白含量差异显著(P<0.05)。

摘  要：
the study was carried out to measure the concentrations ofserum proteins,albumin and 　globulin in Xiang Piglets from the ist monthto the 6 th month of age using usual clinical measuring methods, inwhich thirteen piglets (eight males and five females) born in Spring wereselected at Livestock Experimental Station of NEAV. The results showedthat the serum protein lenel was variors at different monnth of agewhere the lowest level was fornd at the 1st month of age(55.95 ± 13.78 g/L and 47.70 ± 10.83 g/L)for male and female respeetively,and the highest at the 4th month of age (82.93 ± 2.44 g/L and 82.94 ± 4.43 g/L)、 The different in serum protein corcentration was significant(P < 0.05) between the diffrent month of age. There was,howerer,No significant difference(P>0.05)found between sexes at the same month of age.
