盐胁迫对不同玉米种质资源种子萌发特性的影响

摘  要:
设置0(对照)、120、180、240、300 mmol/L共5个Na Cl浓度梯度胁迫处理,研究其对不同玉米种质资源萌发特性的影响,为玉米耐盐种质资源评价提供理论依据。结果表明:Na Cl胁迫对8份玉米种质的发芽具有显著的抑制作用,所有Na Cl浓度下的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、胚芽长度、胚芽重都显著低于对照,并且随Na Cl浓度的升高抑制显著增强;8份玉米种质材料中,鲁系4502耐盐性最强,鲁自1504、鲁自1801、H318、M03、C79311耐盐性居中,鲁原1423耐盐性最差。

摘  要:
Five NaCl stress concentrations,0,120,180,240,300 mmol/L,were designed to study the effect of Na Cl stress on seed germination characteristics of different maize germplasm resources. This study could provide the theoretical basis for appraisal of salt tolerance maize germplasm resources. The results showed that Na Cl stress significantly affected the seed germination of 8 maize germplasms. The germination rate,germination energy,germination index,embryo length and embryo weight were significantly inhibited in all of the Na Cl concentrations and significantly increased with the increase of Na Cl concentration. Luxi 4502 had the best salt tolerance. Luzi 1504,Luzi 1801,H318,M03,C79311 had middle salt tolerance. Luyuan 1423 had the worst salt tolerance.
