摘  要:
[目的]建立改进的QuEChERS高效液相色谱法测定氯吡嘧磺隆在甘蔗和土壤中残留分析方法,研究氯吡嘧磺隆在甘蔗和土壤中的残留消解动态。[方法]样品经丙酮提取、乙酸乙酯萃取、C18和弗罗里硅土净化,用配有紫外检测器的高效液相色谱仪测定。[结果]消解动态试验结果表明:在植株和土壤中半衰期分别为8.7~20.5 d、7.1~13.2 d。最终残留试验表明:75%氯吡嘧磺隆水分散粒剂按推荐剂量(67.5 g a.i./hm2)和推荐剂量的1.5倍(101.25 g a.i./hm2)施药,甘蔗苗期,杂草2~5叶期施药1次,甘蔗收获期采样,检测的甘蔗茎秆中氯吡嘧磺隆的残留量均低于0.1 mg/kg。[结论]甘蔗收获时残留量低于日本规定的最大允许残留量(MRL),方法的灵敏度、准确度和精密度均符合农药残留分析要求。

摘  要:
[Aims] Dissipation of halosulfuron-methyl was estimated in/on sugarcane and soil under supervised field trial using modified QuEChERS method for sample preparation and high performance liquid chromatography with UV[Methods] The samples were extracted by acetone, extracted by ethyl acetate and cleaned by C18 and florisil,determined using HPLC equipped with UV detector. [Results] The results from field experiment of degradation dynamic indicated that the half-lives of halosulfuron-methyl in/on sugarcane and soil were 8.7-20.5, 7.1-13.2 d, respectively. The final residue indicated that when the sugarcane was sprayed once at seedling stage with halosulfuron-methyl 75% WG at the recommended dosage 67.5 g a.i./ha and 1.5 times of the recommended dosage(101.25 g a.i./ha), and samples of sugarcane and soil were taken when harvested. The final residues of halosulfuron-methyl in sugarcane stem were less than0.015 mg/kg. [Conclusions] The residues of halosulfuron-methyl in sugarcane at harvested time were below the MRL in Japan. The method had high sensitivity, accuracy and precision, and met with the requirements for pesticide residue analysis.
