富氮低氧储存偏高水分玉米安全度夏试验

摘  要:
在华南高温高湿地区,对偏高水分新玉米,采用富氮低氧充氮气调技术,将仓内粮堆氧气浓度降到0.2%左右,利用玉米自然呼吸的降氧来维持此浓度,有效抑制了霉菌的繁殖,控制了粮温在正常范围之内,使偏高水分新玉米安全度过了高温高湿季节。

摘  要:
In high temperature and high humidity of South China,the oxygen concentration in maize bulks could be decreased to about 0.2% by nitrogen filling and oxygen lowering,and the concentration could be kept through the natural respiration of maize,this controlled atmosphere technology could inhibite effectively mold from producing and control grain temperature in the normal range,the maize of high moisture could safely spend summer.
