生物质气化炉智能控制系统

摘  要:
针对生物质气化过程具有的非线性、不稳定性、大时滞和强干扰等特点,提出了一种生物质气化炉的智能控制方法控制方法,包括温度控制环和可燃气体含氧量控制环的生物质气化炉双闭环智能集成控制方法。温度控制环采用主、副控制结构:主控制器采用基于BP神经网络模型,建立温度的BP神经网络模型;副控制器根据温度预测结果实现跟随控制。可燃气体含氧量控制环引入温度和含氧量两个反馈,主控制器采用模糊免疫PID控制,推算最优鼓风机转速;副控制器实现对鼓风机速度进行跟随控制。仿真结果表明了该方法的有效性和优越性。

摘  要:
According to the biomass gasification process is unstable,nonlinear,large time delay and multiple interference characteristics of intelligent control method,puts forward a control method of biomass gasification furnace. Put forward including biomass gasification furnace temperature control loop and combustible gas oxygen control loop of the double loop intelligent integrated control method. The temperature control loop adopts principal,vice control structure,the main controller based on BP neural network model based on BP neural network model is established,the temperature. Deputy controller according to the temperature prediction results achieve the following control. Combustible gas oxygen control loop introduction of temperature and oxygen content of two feedback,the main controller using fuzzy immune PID control,according to the oxygen content in furnace temperature deviation and deviation,calculated the optimal rotation speed.Deputy controller according to the speed of the blower speed tracking control. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the method.
