长白山区野生菟丝子中多糖的提取及含量测定

摘 要：
[目的]提取并测定长白山区野生菟丝子(Guscuta japonica Choisy)中多糖的含量。[方法]采用超声技术提取野生菟丝子中的多糖,用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量,以葡萄糖(105℃干燥至恒重)为对照品。[结果]在9.440～66.080μg/ml内,样品的浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为:A=0.0096C+0.0033(r=0.9999),加标回收率为99.95%(n=5),RSD=0.07%,长白山区野生菟丝子中多糖平均含量为5.31%。[结论]长白山区野生菟丝子中多糖含量较高,具有较高的药用价值和开发前景。

摘 要：
[Objective] The aim was to extract and determine the content of polysaccharide in Cuscuta japonica Choisy. [Method] Polysaccharide was extracted by ultrasonic technology and the content was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method,compared with glucose. [Result]The sample concentration had a good linear relationship with absorbance within 9.440-66.080 μg/ml. And the equation of linear regression was A=0.009 6C+0.003 3(r=0.999 9),the average recovery was 99.95% (n=5,RSD=0.07%),and the average content of polysaccharide was 5.31%. [Conclusion] The content of polysaccharide in C. japonica was high,which has higher medical value and development foreground.
