浅析植物生长调节剂对选792桑叶激素的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究植物生长调节剂对选792桑树品种在夏伐时进行处理,其叶片中激素含量的变化动态。[方法]设缩节胺200mg/L、天丰素200mg/L、清水3个处理,研究植物生长调节剂对选792桑树品种叶片中GA3、Z+ZR、IAA、ABA含量变化及影响。[结果]200mg/L天丰素在处理初期,即第3~10天,不同程度地降低了叶片中GA3、Z+ZR、IAA/ABA的比值及含量,在处理的中后期,该处理使得叶片中Z+ZR、IAA/ABA的比值及含量均有所升高;200mg/L缩节胺在处理初期,抑制了叶片中GA3的含量,但第3~10天使得GA3含量又迅速升高,同时IAA/ABA的比值也明显较其他处理有所下降,而Z+ZR含量则无明显差异。[结论]不同温度、季节、桑树生长时期等环境条件,相同桑树品种对植物生长调节剂的反应不同。

摘  要:
[Objective] The dynamic change of hormone content in the leaf of mulberry varietyXuan 792 was studied when it was treated with plant growth regulator in its cutting in summer.[Method] The effect of the plant growth regulator on the content of GA_3,Z+ZR,IAA and ABA in leaf of mulberry varietyXuan 792 was researched based on three treatments of DPC of 200 mg/L,Tianfengsu of 200 mg/L and water.[Results] The content of GA_3 and Z+ZR,and the ratio of IAA/ABA in the leaf were reduced to varying degree in the treatment of 200 mg/L of Tianfengsu during the first 3rd to 10th day;in the middle period,they were raised.The treatment of DPC inhibited the increment of GA_3 in early period,but the content of GA_3 in leaf was rapidly raised from the 3rd to 10th,and meanwhile,the ratio of IAA/ABA was significantly decreased compared with others,but the content of Z+ZR was no significant difference.[Conclusion] The response of same mulberry variety to plant growth regulators was different under the environmental conditions of temperature,growth season,tree growth period.
