营养支持对喉癌患者术后免疫功能和术后并发症的影响

摘  要：
目的:探讨营养支持应用于临床喉癌手术治疗后对患者术后并发症发生情况和免疫功能的影响.方法:选择湖南省长沙市第四医院2015年7月-2016年12月期间收治符合要求的喉癌患者并随机分为观察组和对照组,每组21例;对照组给予常规饮食干预,观察组给予均衡营养支持,分析两组手术前后免疫功能情况和术后并发症发生率.结果:术前两组血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、总淋巴细胞计数(TLC)无明显差异,术后观察组各指标改善明显优于对照组,差别均具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组出现腹痛、腹泻、咽瘘等情况明显低于对照组,差异显著(P <0. 05).结论:喉癌手术治疗的患者应用营养支持可提升患者术后免疫功能,降低术后并发症的发生,值得临床应用推广.

摘  要：
Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional support on postoperative complications and postoperative immune function in patients with laryngeal carcinoma after surgical treatment. Method From July 2015 to December 2016,we chose the patients with laryngeal cancer as the investigated subject then randomly divided them into the observation group and the control group,which group had 21 patients. The control group was given routine diet intervention,and the observation group was given balanced nutritional support. the immune function and incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups before and after operation was analyzed. Result There was no significant difference in hemoglobin,albumin,prealbumin and total lymphocyte count between the two groups before operation,but there was significant difference between the two groups after operation. the improvement of each index in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0. 05). The incidence of abdominal pain,diarrhea and pharyngeal leakage in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Nutritional support can improve postoperative immune function and reduce postoperative complications in patients with laryngeal carcinoma,which is worthy of clinical application.
