摘 要：
逆转录病毒系统由于其病毒的高感染效率,在RNA干扰中的应用越来越多,在对基因功能的研究中起了很大的作用。逆转录病毒表达系统是一种新的重组蛋白高效表达系统,由逆转录病毒载体、包膜蛋白载体和包装细胞系组成。逆转录病毒载体具有基因组结构简单,便于基因操作、转染效率高、容量较大、宿主范围广、易于分离等优点,在外源基因表达、基因治疗、转基因研究、生物制药等方面应用广泛。论文就逆转录病毒表达系统的分子生物学特性、组成、构建流程及其在动物病毒病如猪口蹄疫病毒、猪瘟病毒、猪伪狂犬病毒、猪水疱病毒、猪传染性胃肠炎病毒、禽流感病毒等研究中的应用进行综述。

摘 要：
RNA interference is a high popular research topic in recent years.The retrovirus expression system has played an important role in the study of gene function because of its high efficiency.The retrovirus expression system which composed of retrovirus vectors,envelope protein vectors and packaging cell lines is a new expression system of recombinant proteins.Retrovirus vectors exhibit unique properties due to their simple genome structure,ease of genetic manipulation,transfection efficiency,larger capacity,broad host range,easy to separation,and have great application prospect in foreign gene expression,gene therapy,transgenic research,bio-pharmaceutical technique.The molecular biology,composition,construction process and application in animal viruses,such as foot-and-mouth disease virus,classical swine fever virus,pseudorabies virus,swine vesicular disease,transmissilbe gastroenteritis virus,influenza virus were summarized.
