三级营养关系中茶树间接防御茶尺蠖危害的生化机制

摘  要:
以茶树—茶尺蠖—单白绵绒茧蜂三级营养关系为模式,从寄主选择行为和茶树—条尺蠖交互作用的角度,探讨了茶树借助天敌绒茧蜂间接防御条尺蠖危害的机制。结果表明,茶尺蠖取食茶树,其口腔分泌物作用于损伤部位,致使茶树释放出与完整新梢完全不同的挥发性化合物(互利素),强化了天敌昆虫(单白绵绒茧蜂)的寄生效率,减轻了茶树的受害程度。其间,茶尺蠖幼虫口腔分泌物中的β-D-葡萄糖甘酶为一使茶树释放挥发性互利素的启动子。初步分析表明,茶树释放挥发性互利素所消耗的光合产物仅占茶树全部光合量的极少部分。

摘  要:
Indirect defense mechanism of tea plant against tea geometrid was investigated in the tritrophic system among tea plant-tea geometrid-Apanteles sp.. with special emphasis on the interaction between tea plant and tea geometrid. Results showed that larval oral secretions played an important role in inducing the emitting of volatile synomone from the herbivore damaged tea shoots. The composition of Apanteles sp. attracting volatile (synomone ) emitted from herbivore damaged tea shoots was quite different from intact tea shoots. The para-sitic efficiency was strengthened by the release of synomone and the damage degree was lessened by the indi-rect defense of tea plant. Further investigation showed that β-D-glucosidase may be an elicitor in promoting the release of volatile synomone. Initial analysis indicated that the plant consumption through releasing of volatile synomone accounted only for minor portions of the total photosynthetic matter.
