摘 要：
目的:探讨与研究肺炎支原体肺炎患儿机体维生素A和维生素E营养状况水平和临床意义.方法:选择就诊于我院的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿共100例作为观察组,同期就诊于我院的非肺炎支原体肺炎患儿为对照组,分析比较两组患儿的维生素A和维生素E营养状况及临床治疗指标.结果:观察组患儿出现维生素A和维生素E缺乏情况明显高于对照组比率,患儿血清维生素A和维生素E显著低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患儿的咳嗽消失时间、平均住院时长和住院费用显著高于对照组,观察组CRP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组组内分析,维生素A、维生素E缺乏患儿的咳嗽消失时间、平均住院时长和住院费用明显高于对照组,CRP水平高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清维生素A和维生素E水平多处于缺乏状况,可引起临床住院时间延长和费用增加,临床应注意监测以促进患儿康复.

摘 要：
Objective To research and study the nutritional status and clinical significance of serum vitamin A and vitamin E in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Method Totally 100 cases who take care in our hospital with mycoplasmal pneumonia were chose as the observation group,the non-mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia as the control group. The nutritional status and clinical treatment indexes of vitamin A and vitamin E were analyzed in the two groups. Result The observation group's lack of vitamin A and vitamin E was more than the control group,the level of vitamin A and vitamin E in blood was less than the control group,there were statistical discrepancy in them( P < 0. 05). The observation group's time of disappearance of coughing,average length of stay in hospital,cost of hospitalization and CRP level were higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). The time of disappearance of coughing,average length of stay in hospital,cost of hospitalization and CRP level of the one who had a low level of vitamin A and vitamin E were more than the one who had a higher level in the observation group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The levels of vitamin A and vitamin E in serum of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia are mostly in the condition of deficiency,which can led to the more days of stay in hospital and cost,we should take care of the vitamin A and vitamin E level to cure the children.
