北京市平谷区农村居民点用地生态服务功能分析

摘  要：
该文使用同期土地利用现状图以及采用了不同土地利用分类方法的北京市集体土地地籍调查图,分析了现行土地分类下北京市平谷区农村居民点内部的农用土地存在及其结构,测算了其所具有的生态服务价值。研究结果发现农村居民点作为一种混合地类存在,具有一定的生态服务功能。这些生态服务类型的存在对农村居民点内部生态环境的维持起着重要作用;不同区域农村居民点的生态服务功能组成发生着规律性变化。研究结果对于当前"农村居民点用地减少与城镇用地增加的挂钩"工作的开展、建立区域环境—经济综合核算体系以及农村的可持续发展具有参考意义。

摘  要：
Based on the land use actuality map over the same period and the cadastral survey map of Beijing collective land from different land classifications,farmland use types and structure inside the rural residential land were analyzed with the current land use classification of Pinggu district,Beijing.And then the ecosystem-service value of rural residential land of Pinggu district was calculated.The results showed that the rural residential land was a mixed land use type which had ecological service function.The ecological service function played an important role in the maintenance of the ecological environment inside the rural residential land.Ecological service function components of rural residential land were changed regularly in different zones.The results can benefit the pilot work that"balance the construction land quantity between the decrease of the rural residential land and the urban construction land"as well as the establishment of accounting system of environmental economy.The results have important reference meaning to rural sustainable development.
