PEG-4000、蔗糖及pH值对七子花花粉萌发的影响

摘  要:
采用花粉液体培养法研究PEG-4000(聚乙二醇4000)、蔗糖和pH值对七子花花粉萌发及花粉管生长的影响。结果表明,最适的培养基组分浓度为:H3BO310mg.L-1,Ca(NO3)20.03%,PEG-400015%,蔗糖15%,最适pH值为7。在该培养基内花粉萌发率约为73.26%,净萌发率约为64.49%。PEG-4000对七子花花粉萌发有促进作用,但蔗糖也是必不可少的。

摘  要:
The effect of PEG-4000,sucrose and pH on pollen germination in Heptacodium miconioides by cultivating pollens in liquid medium were studied.The results showed that 10 mg·L-1 H3BO3,0.03% Ca(NO3)2,15%PEG-4000,15% sucrose,pH 7,were optimal for pollen germination.In this condition,pollen germination rate were 73.26% and net pollen germination rate could reach 64.49%.PEG4000 was shown to induce germination of Heptacodium miconioides pollens,but it could not replace sucrose.
