生物质热裂解反应器流化质量的影响因素

摘 要:
[目的]研究在流化过程中颗粒粒径、生物质颗粒和热载体颗粒的配比等参数对流化质量的影响,为进一步实现反应器的优化设计及数值模拟作铺垫。[方法]在内胆式双热型生物质热裂解反应器中,通过流态化实验,研究不同的生物质粒径、生物质颗粒和热载体颗粒的不同配比等参数对颗粒流化质量的影响规律。[结果]对于同种颗粒,随着粒径的增加,临界流化速度增大,床层压降随着气速的增加也逐渐增大;对于粒径相同的不同种类颗粒,临界流化速度随颗粒堆积密度的增加而增大;随着生物质颗粒与热载体颗粒混合比的增加,临界流化速度几乎都降低。[结论]选取生物质颗粒和热载体颗粒的配比为2∶3时,流化质量相对较好。

摘 要:
[Objective] The affection parameters of fluidized quality such as particle size,mixture material match of biomass particles and heat carrier particles were studied to pave the way for the further implementation of optimization design and numerical simulation of reactor.[Method] The fluidization experiment was done in the liner type double heat type biomass pyrolysis reactor,and the effects of different particle size and different ratio parameters of biomass particles and heat carrier particles on the fluidization quality were studied.[Result] For the same particles,with the increase of the particle size,the critical fluidization velocity increased,and the pressure drop of the bed with the increase of air velocity increased.For the different kind of particles with same size,critical fluidization velocity increased with particle packing density increasing,and with the mixture material match of biomass particles and heat carrier particles increased.The critical fluidization velocity almost all reduced.[Conclusion] The fluidization quality was relatively good while mixture material match was 2∶ 3.
