体细胞克隆技术与我国奶牛业发展

摘  要:
自 1997年“多莉”出生后 ,体细胞克隆成为各国学者研究的热点 ,其技术也不断的完善和成熟 ,并逐渐显示出其巨大的经济价值和应用潜力。我国奶牛业的发展远落后于其他发达国家 ,而且面临加入 WTO后的激烈竞争。像 MOET、IVF等技术在短时间内不能改变我国奶牛业落后面貌的情况下 ,体细胞克隆技术不失成为一条有效途径。我国是独立掌握此技术的国家之一 ,某些技术处于国际前沿 ,在目前条件下 ,利用体细胞克隆发展我国奶牛业 ,使其率先在我国实现产业化 ,是我国科技界值得拼搏的事业

摘  要:
Since the born of Dolly in 1997, somatic cloning is becoming one of the hottest points of biotechnology research and development. Its great economic value and application potential are displaying gradually following the continuous improvement and maturation of the technology. As we known that the dairy farming development of China were far behind that of the developed countries, furthermore, we have to face the fiercer competition under WTO principles. The situation can't be changed in a short time through traditional reproduction technologies such as MOET, IVF, etc., so somatic cloning becomes one of the promising approaches. China is one of the countries that have mastered the technology independently, and some achievements have preponderated over that of other countries. It is feasible to rapidly develop dairy farming by bringing somatic cloning technology to practical application in China.
